2 p.m. Saturday, May 16, at Baxter Healthcare Corp., 1 Baxter Parkway, Deerfield. The session will be in Building C, with the entrance off Saunders Road north of Lake-Cook Road. Garrett said she hopes residents attend the meeting and provide feedback on the proposed ethics reforms. Collins is known for his successful prosecution of former Gov. George Ryan, who is in a federal prison. Call (847) 433-2002 with questions about the town hall meeting. Legislators are set to discuss the ethics reform ideas in Springfield next week.
