Clinic offered for uninsured women
North Shore gynecologist Dr. Tammy Novak will be holding a Hope Clinic for Uninsured Women on Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7, with help from pharmaceutical companies, local laboratories, nonprofit organization, hospitals and state Sen. Susan Garrett, a Lake Forest Democrat. Services include comprehensive gynecological history and exam, breast check, pap and HPV testing, mammography referral, contraception care and other services.
